UpstreamOnline.com reports that Italian offshore contractor Saipem is preparing to deploy its 250-foot remotely operated vehicle support vessel HOS Mystique for post-storm inspections, repair and maintenance work in the Gulf of Mexico following Tropical Storm Ida.
